Gemma Wardell, Founder of Human Brilliance, recently scooped an accolade at the Women of Achievement Awards, winning the New Business Award. Hosted by Women in Business (Hull), the bi-annual awards ceremony celebrates the inspiring stories, achievements, and contributions of women within the Hull, East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire region. Held at the Mercure Hotel in Willerby on 15th November 2024, this year’s ceremony brought together a community of exceptional individuals in an atmosphere of celebration and shared purpose.
The awards span various categories, from business excellence and community impact to leadership and innovation, recognising the diverse talents and strengths of women in the local area. They celebrate those who have not only excelled in their fields but have made meaningful impacts in business, their own organisations but also on the lives of others and their wider communities.
Based at The Deep Business Centre since 2023, Human Brilliance is a coaching and training company that works alongside individuals and organisations to help them overcome challenges and unleash their potential. Gemma launched Human Brilliance after years of battling a debilitating illness, and was inspired to use her experience to create change and positive impact.
