Exciting developments have recently been underway at The Deep’s Business Centre in Hull, as client Human Brilliance prepares to launch a series of new networking events, ‘The Mental Edge’, running throughout early 2025.
By blending cutting-edge psychology with practical tools for business success, each session invites both Business Centre clients and beyond to take their professional development to the next level.
Crafted by Gemma Wardell, Founder of Human Brilliance, these dynamic workshops will run on one Wednesday per month in 2025, between 8:30am-10am. Designed for those who want to develop themselves or their team members, these monthly sessions will sharpen skills, boost team performance, and provide actionable insights into self-awareness and interpersonal understanding. Themes include exploring and understanding stress at work, battling fake news, the art of resilience, imposter syndrome and more.
The first session sees Gemma discussing The PAC Model, with a variety of insightful guest speakers and topics lined up for future sessions. Free to attend, these will be held in Business Centre @ The Deep’s Drift in Lounge, with refreshments included. Following each workshop, a valuable networking opportunity is presented to help build connections with like-minded professionals.
Freya Cross, Head of Business and Corporate at Business Centre @ The Deep, said:
